  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

 We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery location. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the website.

3. Shipping Destinations

4. Shipping Carriers

5. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the total price at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. If you need items shipped to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we will assist with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

8. Tracking Your Order

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
